Whether you're doing your
cardio for metabolic purposes (i.e. lose body fat) or for aerobic power to perhaps pass an agency fitness test you'll want to consider one or more these titles. We've selected books that focus on foot borne activities because in public safety, eventually, you're going to need to put one foot in front of the other!
